1Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User" or "Member") and furla77 ("Platform", "We"). These furla77 terms and conditions are written in Bahasa Melayu for the convenience of Malaysian players. In the event of any conflict between another language version (if available) and this Bahasa Melayu version, the Bahasa Melayu version shall take precedence for users from Malaysia.

2Registration & Account Eligibility

To register an account with furla77, you must fully meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Aged 18 years of age and above as of the date of registration – furla77 uses Malaysian MyKad verification to ensure compliance with this minimum age requirement.
• Be an individual with full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Malaysian law.
• Not reside in or access the platform from any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• Never previously suspended or permanently banned by furla77 for breaching its terms.

One Account Limit: Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) account at furla77. This includes one account per individual, per Malaysian mobile number, per email address, per device, and per IP address. Holding multiple accounts is a serious violation of furla77's terms and will result in all associated accounts being frozen along with their funds, without prior notice.

During registration, you are required to provide truthful, accurate, and current information, including your full name as per your MyKad, an active Malaysian phone number, and a valid email address. furla77 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time, particularly before processing withdrawals exceeding RM 1,000.

3Deposits & Withdrawals

Furla77 only accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). The accepted payment methods are as follows:

• Deposit Method: DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay, and FPX online banking (Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, and other participating FPX banks).
• Minimum Deposit: RM 20 per transaction.
• Deposit Processing Time: Deposits are typically credited to your furla77 account within seconds to 5 minutes after a successful payment.

For withdrawals, the following conditions apply:

• Minimum Withdrawal: RM 50 per request.
• Daily Withdrawal Limit: Up to RM 50,000 for standard accounts; VIP accounts have higher limits.
• Processing Time: Within 3 minutes to 24 business hours, depending on the withdrawal method and amount.
• Identity Verification: Withdrawals exceeding RM 1,000 may require additional MyKad verification.

4Bonus & Promotion Terms

7Account Closure & Suspension

Furla77 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any terms and conditions set out in this document.
• Failed identity verification or inaccurate or outdated account information.
• Requests from authorities, law enforcement agencies, or any relevant Malaysian government agency.
• Accounts inactive for more than 365 consecutive days.
• At the voluntary request of the furla77 member themselves for the purpose of self-exclusion or account closure.

If an account is closed or suspended due to a breach of terms, the account balance may be held pending a full investigation. Should no violation be established, the valid remaining balance will be returned within 14 business days.
